Peoria Area Telugu Association is inviting entries for Ugadi cultural program. It's a great opportunity for showcasing talent.
CULTURAL SIGN UP FORM Event Date: Apr 27th 2024 from 3pm onwards Venue: Dunlap High School, 5220 Legion Hall Rd, Dunlap, IL 61525 General Rules for cultural program entry submission: 1. All dance and singing program entries submission must include a minimum of 3 participants. 2. Participants can perform in multiple events. However the program order will not be adjusted to accommodate any changes. Please sign up accordingly. Program order will be revealed only on the day of the event. 3. Entries must be submitted with all participants full names and song names while registering. (Providing Song details is a must, it helps Cultural committee to find duplicates, as song repetition is not allowed) 4. Registrations will be open for 3 days, from 03/17/2024 Sunday 9am to 03/21/2024 Thursday 12pm 5. Only Telugu songs are allowed. 6. Each Entry/Performance should not exceed 5 minutes of duration. If exceeded, entry will be rejected. 7. If we find duplicates in a medley, first preference is given to participants who choose a full song, else preference will be given to first registered participant (others have to choose a different song). 8. Audio files must be submitted by 04/07/2024 (mp3 format). Replacement of audio files after this date will not be accepted. All items will be reviewed for quality, length and appropriateness to ensure programs are of high quality and captivating to the audience. 10. After the signups are closed a confirmation email (whether selected or not selected) will be sent by the Cultural committee. 11. DHS is available for Stage rehearsals on Friday Apr 26th 2024.
